Deborah A. "Deb" Harlan, 62, of North Bass Island, Ohio died on Friday morning, May 21, 2021.  She was born on December 15, 1958 in Sandusky, Ohio to the late John and Geraldine Zura.  She was raised on North Bass Island and attended school there graduating from Put In Bay High School.

Deb enjoyed growing plants, beach combing and finding beach glass and spending time on the islands.  She loved the outdoors and animals.

She is survived by her loving husband of 45 years, Richard Harlan of North Bass Island, Ohio and sisters, Pat Mandrik, Jeri Foster and Judy Dickman.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her son, Jeremy Harlan in 2011, sister, Gladys and brothers, John and Bud.
