Due to her dad’s military service, Deb spent her teen years in England and graduated from Dustin High School in Dustin, England, where she developed a lifelong friendship with her dear friend, Sue Thompson. She never passed at an opportunity to spend time with her grandchildren, especially Connor and Colton, who were often not far from her side.
Deb is survived by her children, Stephen (Amanda) Metro of North Fairfield, OH, Joe (Shelley) Metro of Norwalk, OH and Ray (Tracy) Laurence of Parma, OH; grandchildren, Connor, Colton, and Wessen Metro, Christopher and Michaela Laurence; her sisters, Jackie Grabenhorst of Tampa, FL and Kelly (Dan) Rogers of Parma, OH and lifelong best friend, Sue Thompson of Northampton, England. In addition to her parents, Deb was preceded in death by her husband, Steven in 2024, sister, Vickie Davis and brother-in-law, Michael Grabenhorst.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 22, 2026, from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. with her Memorial Service beginning at 6:00 p.m. at the Eastman Funeral Home, 200 W Main St., New London, OH 44851.
