Debra Ann Blair, 70, of North Fairfield, died on Monday, June 24, 2024 at Mercy Hospital, Willard.  She was born on September 22, 1953 in Willard, Ohio, the daughter of Susanna M. (Thoma) King and Lance Young.  Debra has been a lifelong resident of the area.

She was employed as a custodian at South Central School District, where she took great pride in her work.  In her free time, she enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.  Debra and her husband, Richard, spent many hours riding their motorcycle together.  She was a member of the Shiloh American Legion.

Debra is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, Richard Blair, whom she married February 20, 1971; their children, April Lynn (Bobby) Sutter of Shiloh and Richard (Jessica) Blair Jr. of Norwalk; grandchildren, Lance (Brooke), Cory, Gus, Dayna, Carrie, Ethan, Hayley and Ian; great-grandchildren, Lydia, Remington, Isabella, Kaden, Dakota, Blake, Bailey, Braxton, Landon and Wrenley; her four legged friend, Rosette; sisters, Donna (Rob) Nickles and Darlene Case.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Susanna King; father, Lance Young; and her brother, Darrell Young.

Friends and family will be received on Friday, June 28, 2024 from 11:00 a.m. until the time of her 12:00 p.m. service at the Eastman Funeral Home, 49 W. Main Street, Greenwich with Rev. Bart McKelvey.  Burial will follow at the Fairfield Cemetery.
