Debra Ann Montgomery

Debra A. Montgomery, 60, of Norwalk, Ohio, passed away peacefully on Friday morning, January 16, 2026, at Welcome Nursing Home in Oberlin, Ohio. She was born on March 6, 1965, in Portsmouth, Ohio, to the late Russell and Patricia A. (Picklesimer) Montgomery, and graduated from Western Reserve High School and EHOVE.

Debra loved reading, crafts, puzzle books, and word searches. She worked for Drug Mart as a Pharmacy Technician for 19 years, and Erie Residential for 20 years.

She is survived by her son, Patrick (Jessica) Montgomery of Lorain; siblings, Russell L. Montgomery, and Jerry Montgomery of Elyria, and Mike (Lisa) Montgomery of Norwalk; lifelong best friend Brenda Bond; and many nieces and nephews and several cousins.

In addition to her father, Russell in 2014, and mother, Patricia in 2007, she was preceded in death by her aunts and uncles, Robert, Kenny, and Sue Montgomery, Jimmy Picklesimer, and David and Wilma Noel, and cousin, Trey Smith.

A memorial visitation will be held for Debra on Saturday, January 31, 2026, at the Norwalk Baptist Church, 2084 US-20, Norwalk, from 2 p.m. until the time of the 4 p.m. funeral service.
