Diana Rumsey

January 10, 1954 – December 14, 2021

Diana Rumsey, 67, of New London, passed away early Tuesday morning, December 14, 2021 at Fisher-Titus Medical Center.

Diana was born on January 10, 1954 in Norwalk, OH to the late Leroy and Vadis (Heath) Oney.

Diana enjoyed playing bingo and spending time with her loved ones. As an avid animal lover, she was very fond of her dogs. Her greatest joy of all was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Diana is survived by her daughter, April Oney of New London; 2 grandchildren, Daylin Oney and Dakota Croy; 2 sisters, Melanie Oney of Norwalk and Catherine (Mike) Croskey of Collins and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other loving relatives.

In addition to her parents, Diana was preceded in death by her husband, Dennis Rumsey, whom passed away in 2007; 2 sisters, Sherida Braden and Deena Oney and a brother, Mark Oney.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 22, 2021 from 4 pm to 7 pm at Walker-Eastman-Heydinger Funeral Home, 98 W. Main Street, Norwalk, OH 44857.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are requested to be made to the Rumsey family, care of Walker-Eastman-Heydinger Funeral Home, 98 W. Main Street, Norwalk, OH 44857.
