Dolores M. Tice, age 67, of Greenwich, died Tuesday evening at Firelands Regional Medical Center, Sandusky after a short illness. She was born July 21, 1940 in Gloversville, New York, daughter of the late Patrick and Jennie (Sardelli) Lauritano. She had lived in Gloversville until moving to Greenwich in October 2007. She was a 1958 graduate of Gloversville High School. Dolores received her Bachelors degree from State University of New York in Albany. She had worked for Frontier Communications for several years and prior to that she was Director of Community Development for the City of Gloversville. She is survived by her son and daughter in law, John and Candi Tice of Greenwich; 1 granddaughter, Haley Tice, 3 grandsons, Gabriel, Brock, Brandon Tice; 3 sisters, Angel Sax of Massachusetts, Nancy Compagnone of Connecticut, Patricia (Paul) Komorny of New York. She was preceded in death by her niece, Nadine Compagnone, her nephew, Craig Sax, her cousin, Rose Cozzolino. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Friday, November 2, 2007 at the New London Alliance Church, 4625 St.Rt. 162 West, New London with Pastor Doug Lang officiating. Burial will follow at Greenwich Greenlawn Cemetery. Memorials if desired may be given to the American Cancer Society, Ohio Division Inc., North Region, 10501 Euclid Ave., Cleveland, Ohio 44106. Eastman Funeral Home, 49 West Main St., Greenwich were in charge of arrangements.
