Don Rosecrans, 66 of Sullivan, died Wednesday, March 30, 2011 at his home following a
long illness. Don was born on November 17, 1944 in Oberlin to the late Donald Rosecrans
and Bertha (nee Gallatian) Barnett. He was a graduate of Black River High School and went
on to work at GM as a tool and die maker for 30 years.
Don is survived by his wife of 46 years Betty (nee Rounds) Rosecrans and son Chris
(Rebecca) Rosecrans all of Sullivan. He is also survived by Sister Betty Misko of Plano
TX, brother Ray (Joyce) Rosecrans of Sullivan, sister Carol (Robert) Gillenwater of
Wakeman, brother Dennis (Pat) Rosecrans of Russelville AL, and sister Cindy (Joe) Storrow
of Wellington. Don was preceded in death by his son Donald Rosecrans in 1993 and by a
brother James and a sister Dorothy Weyer.
A private family service will be held and burial will take place at Greenwood Cemetery, Wellington.
