Donald Lee Lewis, 67, of Medina, died Sunday, July 12, 2020. Born on October 3, 1952 in Lorain, he was the son of the late Donald Lewis Sr. and Jean (nee Henninger) Applegate.

Donald worked for Akron Home Medical which later became HCS. A hard worker, he gave 110% in all he did. Donald was a devoted family man who cherished time with his wife, son and especially his grandchildren.

Survivors include his loving wife, Marni (nee Smith); son Patrick Lewis; grandchildren Alexandria, Ryan, Jocelyn, and Wyatt. Donald was preceded in death by two infant children Shawn and Donnille Lewis.
