Donald A. Logan, 85, of Norwalk, Ohio, passed away peacefully at home, on Monday, February 2, 2026. He was born on July 2, 1940, in Butler, Pennsylvania, to his late mother, Elizabeth Logan.
Donald loved his family, and enjoyed fishing (and eating fish), gardening, and feeding the birds. He served his country as part of the United States Navy, and had worked for R.R. Donnelly for 18 years.
He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Deborah (Rarden) Logan; children, Denise (Christopher) Marinik, Daniel (Kristy) Logan, Deanna (Christopher) Gallion, Richard (Tracey) Logan, and Ronald (Subrina) Logan; grandchildren, Ashley, Brooke, Kyle, Sheldon, Katie, Troy, Ella, Kenneth, Patrick, Caleb, Elizabeth, Joshua, Alexis, Pebbles, Augustine, Chase, Bailey, and Ryker; numerous great grandchildren, and many other family members, and close friends.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Elizabeth Logan, grandparents (who raised him after her passing), Frank and Edna (Goldinger) Logan, son, Matthew Hall, and siblings, Catherine M., Francis, Phyllis M., Daniel H., Bennett V., Doris, Lynn D., and Georgia.
In keeping with Donald’s wishes, he will be cremated with a celebration of his life and service to his country being planned for a later date. Memorial contributions may be directed to Southern Care Hospice, 9501 US Hwy 250 N., Suite 2, Milan, OH 44846, or any charitable organization that helps out our country’s veterans.
