Donald Leroy Sprunk passed away at Stein Hospice Center in Sandusky, Ohio in the early hours of February 6, 2021 surrounded by loved ones. Donald was eager to reunite with his dearest wife Patricia of 57 years who left us recently.

Donald was born on November 22, 1936 in Birmingham, Ohio to the late Alfred and Hazel Sprunk. He was the youngest of seven children and grew up in Florence, Ohio. Don was a resident of Norwalk, Ohio for nearly 60 years.

Donald worked for many years at Western Steel division of Stanadyne in Elyria, Ohio. He worked tirelessly his whole life to provide and care for his family. He enjoyed bowling, golf, dogs, Elvis, any and all Westerns, and just being silly sometimes. He was a proud grandpa to all of his grandchildren and his smile will be missed.

He will be remembered, loved, and held dearly in the hearts of daughters Jennifer (Ted) Liles of Findlay, Ohio, Kristan Strimpfel of Sumter, South Carolina, and son Jason (Laura) Sprunk of Muskego, Wisconsin. He was also a very proud grandpa to Joshua Liles, Katie Liles, Amanda (Jason) Hand, Courtney (Earl) Honeycutt, and Jacob Strimpfel along with Noah Sprunk, Erik Sprunk, and Owen Sprunk and great grandfather to Bella, Broden, Colten, and Liam Joe Liles.  He will also be missed and forever called 'Donnie' by his dearest sister, Thelma (Sprunk) Watson who without fail would call every Sunday to check in on her 'little brother', fourteen years her junior.

In addition to his dearest wife Pat, preceding Don in death were his parents Alfred and Hazel (Crapo) Sprunk, brothers Arnold, William, Raymond, Alfred Jr., and sister Wanita.
