Donald Glen Rollin, Sr., "Roadkill" 65, of Huntington, passed away peacefully with his family by his side, on Monday, November 14, 2022. Born on April 22, 1957, in Oberlin, he was the son of the late John "Jack" and Sarah (nee Angersbach) Rollin. Don was a lifelong resident of Huntington, and a 1975 graduate of Black River High School. After graduation, Don went on to join the Army National Guard.

Don worked on his family farm for many years as well as in construction with McMillan and MPW. On the weekends he roasted hogs for gatherings and events for 20 years. He was a member of Huntington AmVets post 162 and the NRA. Don enjoyed life, making the best of every moment he was given. He loved riding his motorcycles with his wife, spending time outdoors, hunting and fishing, and eating good food. Don also enjoyed working in his shop, listening to music and dancing. He cherished the time he spent with his numerous friends, his wife, family, and especially his grandchildren.

Survivors include his high school sweetheart and loving wife of 43 years, Joan (nee Clement) Rollin; children, Krista (Zach) Carpenter, of Medina, Donald (Amanda) Rollin Jr, and Danine (Bryan) Hahn, both of Huntington; grandchildren, Lilly, Laila, Renee, Izaac, Anna, Harlee, and Eva; step-grandchildren, Luke, Brittany, Adriana; step-great-grandchildren, Averie and Camden; siblings Brenda Clements and John (Jodi) Rollin Jr. Don was preceded in death by his twin brother Dean Rollin.

Friends and family will be received on Friday, November 18, from 3-7 p.m. at the United Church of Huntington, 26677 State Rt 58, Wellington, where services will be held on Saturday beginning at 11 a.m. Burial will follow at Huntington Cemetery.
