Donna J. Ellis, 85, of Greenwich, died unexpectedly Thursday, May 12, 2011 at Mercy Hospital of Willard. She was born on March 28, 1926 in Ashland to the late Oscar and Lela (Liston) Doerrer. She graduated from Ashland High School in 1944 and resided in the Greenwich area for many years. Donna was a homemaker. Survivors include her son, Tom Ellis of Greenwich; daughter, April (Loren) Puckett of Shiloh; granddaughters, Tassy (Andy) Jarett of Monroeville and Kris (Scott) Walterscheid of Cleveland; 6 great grandchildren; sister, Carol Swartz of Ashland; a niece and nephew. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dale Ellis. A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, May 16, 2011 at Edwards Grove Cemetery, 4130 South Edwards Road, Greenwich.
