Eddie David Cook, age 64, passed away peacefully on June 11th, 2025, at Fisher-Titus Medical Center in Norwalk. He was born February 23, 1961, in Lorain, Ohio, to Juanita Hall (deceased) and Eddie Cook of Norwalk, Ohio. He is survived by his father, Eddie, son Michael Cook (Tara) of Cleveland, Ohio, and grandson, Jacob, as well as many other aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Eddie was a proud United States Marine Corps veteran and worked for the Ford Motor Company for many years. He enjoyed playing cards, watching sports, and caring for his cats. Eddie's final act of kindness was to give the gift of life through organ, eye, and tissue donation. Three organs were successfully gifted to needy recipients following his passing.

Revelation 21:4 He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away.

A celebration of Eddie's life is planned for Saturday, June 21, 2024, from 12 p.m. (noon) until 8 p.m. at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, 7 Clinic Dr., Martin, Kentucky.
