Edgar "Ed" Eicher, 80, of Norwalk, formerly of New London, passed away peacefully on January, 16, 2018 at his home. He was born on January 16, 1937 in Wood County, Ohio to the late Clifton and Edna (nee Dismuke) Eicher. Ed was an active member of the New London First Baptist Church and was passionate about mission work. He had worked at Tony Packo's in Toledo. He enjoyed baking and gospel radio. In addition to his parents, Ed was preceded in death by an infant brother, his former wife Frances, sister, Dolores Grill, and son Jim Eicher. To follow Ed's wishes he will be cremated, and any services will be privately held.
