Norwalk, Ohio – Eileen C. Stoddard, 80 passed away on Thursday, October 10, 2019 in Norwalk Memorial Home. She was born to the late Harold R. and Catherine A. (Ackerman) Plue on April 28, 1939 and was a lifelong area resident.

She was a graduate of St. Paul Catholic High School and worked as a cook and a beautician.  Eileen really enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and she loved to cook ,not only as her job, but for her family and friends as well.

She is survived by her loving husband of over 58 years, Harry F. Stoddard of Norwalk, Ohio, by her children, Michelle C. Lesch (Tom Moehle), Dyann M. Ward (Kevin Weimer), Teri J. Austin, and Tracy L. (Mark) Boswell, all of Norwalk, by her grandchildren, Angie Lesch, Derek and Carly Ward, Maxwell and Owen Austin, Alexandria (Ryan) Stover, and Dakota (Elizabeth) Boswell.  Eileen is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren, Mia Stover and Sophia Boswell, by her siblings, Janet Nebergall, Ken (Dianne) Plue, and Joan (David) Service.

In addition to her parents, Eileen was preceded in death by her siblings Mary Herner, Karl Plue, Arthur Plue and Carolyn Deichler.

There will be no visitation and a Celebration of Life will be held at the Fraternal Order of Eagles, 151 Cline St. Norwalk, Ohio on Saturday, October 12, 2019.
