Eleanor L. Braucher passed away on Christmas morning 2020, at the age of 93, at Blossom Nursing & Rehab Center of Willard.

Born on March 9, 1927 in Greenwich to Archie C. and Pauline C. (Winely) King, she was a Greenwich resident until moving to Plymouth in 2010 to live with her daughter and son-in-law.

A graduate of Greenwich High School and the Mansfield School of Beauty, she owned and operated Eleanor's Beauty Shop in her home for over 30 years.

She enjoyed helping with Girl Scouts and Cub Scouts with her daughter and son.

She loved traveling and flowers, especially roses, but her favorite times were those spent with family at holidays and birthday parties.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Paula (Kenneth) Sturgill of Plymouth and son and daughter-in-law, James (Terra) Bowen of Baker, WV.

Grandchildren include Michelle (Michael Lindenberger) Krietemeyer of Plymouth, Michael Krietemeyer of Shelby, David (Susan Sefcek) Krietemeyer of Plymouth, Scott (Theresa) Krietemeyer of Shelby, Amanda (Jason) Waddles of Plymouth, Kenneth James (Jennifer) Sturgill of Lima, Mariah (Josh) Ograbisz of Moorefield, WV and Julie, Mark and Anna Bowen of Baker, WV.

Great grandchildren are Joseph Williams of Ada, Megan and Kathryn Lindenberger of Plymouth, Jacob and Jaclyn Krietemeyer of Shelby, Isabella Sefcek of Plymouth, Danielle, Lauren, Sara and Emma Krietemeyer of Shelby, Gavin Sturgill-Briggs of Plymouth and Willow Sturgill of Lima.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by an infant daughter and brother David King.

Per her request, a memorial service will be held at a later date.  Her ashes are to be interred at Edwards Grove Cemetery in Ripley Twp.

Eastman Funeral Home in Greenwich assisted the family with arrangements.
