EASTMAN FUNERAL HOME 419-929-3781 Eleanor Louise Thomas, age 87, of New London, died Monday, April 27, 2015 at Kingston of Ashland Nursing Home. She was born June 15, 1927 in New London Township, daughter of the late Park A. and Ida M. (Farnsworth) Doyler. Eleanor had been a lifelong resident of the New London area. She had worked at Fanny Farmer Candy in Norwalk for 21 years then for 6 years at Kent Sporting Goods in New London. She is survived by her daughter, Karen Nebergall of Bailey Lakes; several grandchildren, Great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband, William R. Thomas in 1992, her son, Gary Thomas, her sister, Alice Williams Heitche, her brother, Donald Doyler and special friend, Hulen Phillips. Friends may call from 4 - 8 p.m. Wednesday, April 29, 2015 at the Eastman Funeral Home, 200 West Main St., New London.
