Ellen Marie Kurz, 36, of Wellington, died Sunday, February 26, 2012. She was born on April 27, 1975 in Berea to Carl and Rosemary (nee Purcell) Plymale. Ellen was a 1993 Keystone graduate. Ellen was a loving mother and above all she cherished the time she was able to spend with her children. She attended Lorain County JVS and then Case Western, becoming a EFDA and took a job as a dental assistant with Hudec Dental in Strongsville. Ellen was passionate about horses and enjoyed horseback ridding. Ellen is survived by her loving husband, Russell; her parents, Carl and Rosemary; her children, Jason (Ashley), Michael (Carol), Sadie, Corbin, Shane, and Alec; and 2 grandchildren Tristen and Madison. She is also survived by a sister Jessica (Merunas) Dautartas; several aunts and uncles and many cousins. Ellen was preceded in death by her grandparents, George and Mary Plymale and Robert and Florence Purcell as well as cousins Cherri Daniels and Becky Drennon. Friends and family will be received on Thursday March 1, from 4-7 p.m. at Norton-Eastman Funeral Home, 370 South Main Street, Wellington with a service beginning at 7 p.m.
