Eulalia 'Calla' Ratliff,68, of Perrysburg and formerly of Wellington, died Saturday July 18, 2009 at the Cleveland Clinic following a long illness.
Mrs. Ratliff was born in Vieques Puerto Rico to Angelina and the Late Anastacio Felix.
Eulalia attended Calvary Assembly of God church in Toledo and enjoyed gardening, growing both flowers and vegetables. She loved to spend time with her children, and grandchildren. Eulalia is survived by two children Annette (Phillip) Clark of Perrysburg, and Jimmy (Michelle) Ratliff Jr. of Elyria, 10 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her Mother Angelina Felix, three sisters Margie McCoy of Wakeman, Jenny Sherbert of Lorain, and Celestina Ayala of Sheffield Lake, and two brothers, Anastacio Felix of Lorain, and Joaquin Felix of Puerto Rico. Eulalia was proceded in death by her Father Anastacio Felix, her husband of 38 years Jimmy Ratliff Sr., and a brother Carmelo Felix.
Friends and Family will be received Monday July 20 From 10 A.M. until the time of the service at 11 A.M. at Norton-Eastman Funeral Home, 370 S.
Main Street, Wellington. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery.
