Evelyn N. Schuler, 92, of Lorain, died Saturday, January 7, 2017 at Metro Health in Cleveland. She was born September 6, 1924 in Bedford and was the daughter of the late Howard and Maude (nee Crapo) Saxe. Evelyn was a 1942 graduate of Wellington High School. She later moved to Lorain and began working as a legal secretary. Survivors include her niece, Dr. Nancy Saxe Speerin and nephew, Randy Saxe; sister-in-law Sophie Brandt. Evelyn was preceded in death by her husband of more than 20 years, Larry Schuler Sr. and her brother, Norman Saxe. A service will be held Tuesday, January 10, 2017 at 11am at Norton-Eastman Funeral Home, 370 South Main St, Wellington, burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery.
