Fanny Perkins, 75, of New London, died October 4, 2013. Born on August 20, 1938, in Grethel, Kentucky, daughter to the late Lee and Rosie Owens. Survived by sons, Leon (Victoria) Perkins, Ricky (Audrey) Perkisn, Tom (Cathy) Perkins and Walt (Denise) Perkins; grandchildren, Chelsie (Cato) , Amanda Paige, Sabrina May, Amber, Julianna, Dylan, Brittany and Matthew and siblings, Juanita Hall, Elvie Case, Joyce Hardy, Hazel Lee, Nathan Owens, Ralph Owens, Ijlean Owens, Pelmer Owens and Larry Owens. In addition to her parents, Fanny was preceded in death by husband, Jerry; daughter, Shirley Perkins; siblings, Mary Owens Nanny Owens, Helen Keathley and Virgil Owens; grandchildren, Andrew Perkins and Crystal Perkins. Fanny's family will greet friends from 6-8 p.m. Monday, October 7th at Eastman Funeral Home, 200 West Main Street, New London and from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the funeral service 2:00 p.m. Tuesday. Burial will follow at Ashland County Memorial Park.
