Florian J. Resor "Red", 62, of Norwalk, Ohio died on December 11, 2021, at MetroHealth Hospital in Cleveland.   He was born on May 12, 1959, in Norwalk to Charlotte (Myers) Resor and the late Douglas Resor Sr.

Red will be fondly remembered as an extremely generous, honest, and hard-working man, who taught his children many things including how to care for their finances.  Among the many lessons, he instilled in them a firm foundation of faith and family, was well known for his carpentry skills, and willingness to share his talents through helping others in need.  Red served his country as part of the United States Army and truly enjoyed fishing.  He was most recently employed by Ventra Manufacturing in Sandusky.

Survivors include his mother, Charlotte (Myers) Resor; children, Carolyn (Ray) Felver of Norwalk, Benjamin (Brandy) Resor of Mishawaka, Indiana and Adam Resor of Norwalk; grandchildren, Lincoln and Grant Resor; siblings, Doug Resor Jr. and his family, Ricky Resor and his family, Sandy King and her family, Danny Resor and his family and Jimmy Resor and his family.

In addition to his father, Douglas Resor Sr., Red was preceded in death by his aunt, Martha Resor and many other family members.

A memorial gathering and celebration of Red's life will be held on Saturday, December 18, 2021, at Walker-Eastman-Heydinger Funeral Home, 98 W.
