Frances "Fran" E. Cuppy, 96 of Shiloh died on Wednesday, July 5, 2023, at home.  She was born on January 9, 1927, in Olivesburg, OH.  She was the daughter of the late George and Blanche Feazel.  She married Richard Cuppy on May 9, 1947, who preceded her in death, November 2013.

She is survived by her children, Robert (Sue) Cuppy, Pamela (Dennis Rogers) Tetrault.  Her grandchildren, Sean Cuppy, Elizabeth (Cody Courter) Cuppy and Kassandra (Wilmer) Martin.  Sister-in-law, Shirley (Larry) Rader and June (Sam) Lynch.  Frances was preceded in death by her husband Richard, and siblings, Arthur Feazel, Iola Tennant and Luciel Trumpower.

Friends and family will be received on Monday, July 10, 2023, from 3 - 7 p.m. at the Eastman Funeral Home, 49 West Main Street, Greenwich, OH and again on Tuesday, July 11, from 10 – 11 a.m. at the Mt. Hope Lutheran Church, 29 West Main Street, Shiloh, where her Funeral Service will begin at 11:00 a.m.   Memorials may be directed to the Mt.
