Frank (Francis) Joseph Brady, 83, of Wellington, passed away on Sunday, January 1, 2023. Born in Jonesboro, Arkansas on July 16, 1939, Frank was the son of Aloysius and Agnes (nee Sellmeyer) Brady.

Frank married his wife, Elena, in 1963 and the couple moved to Lorain County in 1976. Frank worked as an electrical engineer at NASA for 37 years before retiring in 1997. He loved spending time with his 5 children and especially his 7 grandchildren. Frank enjoyed farming and was a talented woodworker. Most recently, he took pride in establishing a vineyard and winery with his family on their farm (Brady Vineyards and Heron Creek Winery, Wellington, OH). He is shown pictured at the winery with his cat Spunky who unfortunately died two weeks before him.

He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Elena (nee Chimera); children, Susann Brady-Kalnay, Paul (Laura), Stephen, Kathleen, and Christina (Greg) Brady; grandchildren, John Paul, Allison, Elena, Emma, Evelyn, Faith and Frank; and his brother, Aloysius (Al) Brady. Frank was preceded in death by his mother and father; son-in-law, JT Kalnay; and his brother, Stephen Brady.
