In addition to his parents, Fred was predeceased by his brothers Bill and Sam, and sister Sally. He is survived by his beloved wife, Ruth Mouzon of Oberlin, their son Stephen Alan Mouzon and wife Wanda of Miami Beach, Florida, and daughters, Susan Mouzon Henderson and husband Owen of Albuquerque, New Mexico, and Hazel Mouzon Borys and husband Stephen of Winnipeg, Manitoba, and three adoring grandsons, Samuel Alan Mouzon, David Lawrence Mouzon, and Roman Mikhail Borys, all of whom Fred loved and cherished deeply, to the point that he adopted the two oldest to grant them a better education. He considered Ruth's family his own, and he has many brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and countless dear friends in Alabama, South Carolina, Ohio, and across the country.
