Obituary

Gary William "Boogie" Beal, 71, of Wellington, died Sunday, November 18, 2012 at home surrounded by his family. He was born on July 27, 1941 in Oberlin to the late Hugh and Jeanette (nee Underhill) Beal. Gary was a 1960 Wellington High School graduate and a life long resident of Wellington. Gary retired from Forest City Technologies. He was a member of the Wellington American Legion, VFW, and the Eagles. Gary enjoyed golfing and bowling. Survivors include his wife of 41 years, Maggie (nee Patton) Beal; daughters, Robin Mildenberg of Gahanna and Jennifer (Duane) Bremke of Wellington; grandchildren, Justice and Caleb Mildenberg, and Taylor, Rachel, and Brandon Bremke. Gary is also survived by his brother, Allen (Rosalie) Beal of Medina and sister, Karen (Terry) Webb of Wellington. Friends and family will be received on Friday, November 23, at Norton-Eastman Funeral Home, 370 South Main, Wellington, from 4-7 p.m. and from 9:30 a.m. until the time of services at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery, Wellington. Donations in Gary's memory may be made to either New Life Hospice, 5255, N.
