Geraldine Grace Warren (nee Ray), 88, of New London, died August 20, 2023, after a long illness.  She was born April 13, 1935, in Elyria and graduated from New London High School, Class of 1953.  She married Richard H. Warren on September 19, 1953, and raised 6 children until his death in 1980.  Raised on a 600-acre family farm in rural New London.  She was in FFA and was active in the 4-H club.  Mrs. Warren worked for numerous places in New London including Kents, Thomas Creative Apparel and C.E. Ward.

She loved riding her bike, tending to her yard and flowers, crafting, spending time with her family especially grandkids, and fishing trips with her partner of 23 years, Gary Gault.  She loved the holidays and never missed a chance to send out a birthday card.  She was tough as nails, spunky, selfless, caring, giving, compassionate and had a hilarious sense of humor

Geraldine is survived by 3 children; Dan (Sharon Mantz) Warren of Monroeville, Kathy (Rich) Pelton of Crestline and Brenda (Greg) Goble of Fitchvillle; 8 grandchildren, Ben (Angie) Warren of Toledo, Angela Greise of PA, Eric (Cindy) Pelton of New London, Jeremy (Samantha Owens) Pelton of New London, Janiese (Dennis Sobieski) Pelton of Lorain, Autumn Goble of New London and Lisa Bednarczyk of VA and Justin J. of FL; 11 great grandchildren, Alexa, Brooke, Bryce, Ashton, Brody, Olivia, Parker, Riley, Harper, Payge and Kyler; sister, Virgina Hassa of IN.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Harvey and Grace (Litchfield) Ray; husband, Richard Warren; sons, Rick, Gary and Mark; sisters, Carolyn Gray, Joyce Bricker and brother, George and her companion, Gary Gault.

With her wishes, no services will be held with burial being held at Fitchville Cemetery.  The staff of the Eastman Funeral Home, 200 W. Main Street, New London assisted with the arrangements and as she always said "Catch ya later".
