Grace L. Fingulin, age 82, of Ruggles, died Tuesday, May 27, 2008 at Hospice House of North Central, Ashland. Grace was born in Congress, Ohio to the late William and Mattie (Ross) Ramsier. In the early 40's she had moved to the New London area and wintered in Florida for over 30 years She had owned and operated Grace's Beauty shop for 14 years in Ruggles, she had also worked at the former C.E. Ward Co. in New London. She was an Auxiliary member of the Moose Lodge in Florida, an avid golfer, and a member of the Eagle Crest Golf Course. She is survived by 2 sons, J. Paul (Sue) Fingulin, Jr. and Terry (Peggy Derr) Fingulin both of Ruggles, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her husband, J. Paul Sr. in 1988, 5 brothers and 3 sisters. Friends may call from 1-3 p.m. Saturday, May 31, at the Eastman Funeral Home, 200 West Main Street, New London where funeral services will follow at 3:00 p.m. with Pastor officiating.
