Gregory A. Sutherland (Greg), 63, of Norwalk, Ohio, passed away Friday, August 9, 2024, at Fisher-Titus Medical Center in Norwalk, after recent extensive health issues.

He was born on September 27, 1960, in Norwalk, to the late Danny and Shirley (Marion) Sutherland.

Greg was a lifelong resident of Norwalk and was a graduate of Norwalk High School where he played football and baseball. Greg was a sports fan and enjoyed listening to and collecting music, and had various hobbies. Greg retired from Oglesby Construction and he really appreciated the simpler things in life.

Left to cherish his memory are his sister, Amy Sutherland; brother, Patrick Sutherland; sisters, Cheryl Sutherland and Elizabeth Palmer; nieces, nephews and numerous cousins.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, and brother, Daniel Sutherland.

Friends and family are invited to his visitation on Friday, August 16, 2024, at Walker-Eastman-Heydinger Funeral Home, 98 W. Main St., Norwalk, from 10 a.m. until the time of the 11 a.m. service.
