Gregory "Tiny" Hess, 63, of New London, died July 1, 2013 at Cleveland Clinic after a short illness. He was born on April 23, 1950, in New London. Gregory graduated from New London High School and worked for Cleveland City Forge, Ohio Body and Sterling Foundry in Wellington. He was a longtime member and President of the New London Eagles. Gregory enjoyed attending the sporting events and social activities of his many nieces and nephews. Survived by his brothers, Leslie (Michele) Hess and Ed Ports both of New London; nieces and nephews, Mike (Dawn) Hess, Brooke (Carl) Squire and Adrianne (Kemmes) Keys all of New London; 15 great nieces and nephews and 1 great-great niece. He was preceded in death by his mother, Maxine Ports and stepfather, Robert Ports. Visitation Sunday, July 7th from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Eastman Funeral Home, 200 W.
