Guy Francis Cocchiarale, 56, of Nova, Ohio, passed away on Monday, October 1, 2018. Born on January 30, 1962 in Cleveland, Ohio, son of Frank and the late Mary Ellen (nee Smyth) Cocchiarale. Guy is survived by his loving wife of 23 years, Carolyn Kay Lewis Cocchiarale; father, Frank; siblings, Michael (Lisa) Cocchiarale and Christina (Jay) Ward; nieces, Elizabeth Cocchiarale, Alexis Ward, and Carly Hagins; cousin, Ben (Lori) Maniaci and their daughter, Madison; aunts, JoAnn (nee Cocchiarale) (Matt) Maniaci, Eileen (nee Smyth) Groh, Kathy Smyth, Franny (nee Smyth) Walter, and Marian (nee Smyth) Howard; mother-in-law, Irma M. Lewis; sisters-in-law, Karen Lewis and Janet (nee Lewis) Hagins; brother-in-law, Dan (Jane Johnson) Lewis. Guy was preceded in death by his grandparents, Gaetano and Lucille Cocchiarale and Jack "John" and Angela "Nell" Smyth and sister-in-law, Linda (nee Lewis) Ranz. Friends and family will be received on Thursday, October 4, 2018 from 4-7 p.m. at Norton-Eastman Funeral Home, 370 South Main Street, Wellington, Ohio. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, October 5th at Our Lady Help of Christians Parish, 240 State Route 511, Nova, Ohio. Burial will follow in the Nova Cemetery.
