Harold Leroy Davidson, Jr., 34, of Greenwich, sadly took his own life on Saturday, June 15, 2019. Depression is a battle that many people face and unfortunately are not always able to get the help they need. Please, if you are battling suicidal thoughts seek help. Harold's family wanted people to know what happened to Harold, to possibly help save a life.
Harold was born November 26, 1984 in Norwalk, Ohio. He was a 2003 South Central graduate. He worked at MTC Landscaping.
He is survived by his children, Ethan, Havanna and Levi Davidson; his mother, Marjorie (Wise) Davidson of Greenwich; his brothers, Raymar (Jeanette) Davidson of New London and David Davidson of West Salem; his nieces and nephews, Gavin, Tyce, Tara, Mary, Daniel, Brantley and Bryson. He was preceded in death by his father, Harold Davidson, Sr. and his niece Katherine Davidson.
Friends may call from 2 - 4 and 6 - 8 p.m., Thursday, June 20, 2019 at the Eastman Funeral Home, 200 West Main St., New London where funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday. Burial will follow at Grove Street Cemetery, New London. Memorials if desired may be made to a Suicide Group or Mental Health organization of the donors choice.
