Helen "Janet" Anderson, 88, of New London, passed away Tuesday evening, June 21, 2022, at Ontario Estates.

Janet was born on February 18, 1934, in New London to the late William and Ruth (McConnell) Moore.

Janet was a life long and very active resident of the New London community. She was a dedicated employee at Miller Brother's for over 50 years and this led to her becoming very well known. Janet was also a member of the New London Garden Club. In her spare time, she enjoyed bowling, roller skating, puzzles, yard work, floral arrangements, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.

Janet is survived by her daughters, Debra (Robert) Klein of Mansfield and Susan Francis of New London; grandchild, Ben (Marley) Salmons; 4 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild, and numerous nieces, nephews, and other loving relatives.

In addition to her parents, Janet was preceded in death by her sister, Norma Cordas.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, July 7, 2022, at 11 am at Eastman Funeral Home, 200 W. Main Street, New London, OH 44851.
