Henry "Hank" J. Gorsuch, 55, of New London, passed away late Monday night, March 6, 2017 at Fisher Titus Medical Center in Norwalk. Hank was born on April 18, 1961 to Robert and Shirley (nee Aufdenkamp) Gorsuch in Cleveland. He moved to the Norwalk area in 1981 and shortly after that met his wife and companion Mary Jo (nee Gaydos). He will be fondly remembered for his kind heart and sense of humor. He liked to tinker and could fix just about anything. Hank was a collector of many things, but most of all he cherished his family. In addition to his wife Mary Jo, he is survived by his mother, Shirley Gorsuch; children, Charles (Stephanie) Tetrick, Jessie Allen (Dallas) Gorsuch and Sam Elliot Gorsuch; brothers, Thomas, John and Carl; sisters, Sharlene and Charlotte, tons of nieces and nephews and grandchildren. In addition to his father Robert, he was preceded in death by his son William Gaydos; brothers, Robert Martin Gorsuch Jr. and Michael Allen Gorsuch. In keeping with Hank's wishes, he will be cremated. A burial of cremains and graveside committal will be held at Clarksfield South Methodist Cemetery on Saturday March 11, 2017 at 3:30 pm.
