Holley D. Myers, 78 of Spencer, died Sunday, January 24, 2016 at 3:36 am in his home surrounded by his family. He was born on April 11, 1937 in Clay County, WV to the late Everett Cepheus Myers and Lettie Carr (nee White). Holley was an avid hunter/fisherman. He was a gunsmith and had a painting/power washing co. before he retired. Holley is survived by his loving wife Margaret Elizabeth (nee Fields) Myers: Children Everett Darnell (Diane) Myers, of Lagrange, and Margaret Roseanna (David) Markiewicz, of Spencer: Six grandchildren Nicole (Chris) Casper, Jessica Myers, Joshua (Shelby) Myers, Amanda (Tyler) Breiding, Elizabeth (Zach) Davis, and David Anthony Markiewicz III. Great grandchildren: Riley, Makenzie, Kameron, Colton, Gavin, Cora. Brother Clyde (Pauline) of WV. Preceded in death by brothers Delbert, Russell, Lee, Joe, Ray, Alva, and Author. Sisters Dorma and Rose. A service will be held on Friday January 29th viewing hours will begin at 3:30 pm and services will begin at 6:30 pm at the Elyria Church of God of Prophecy, with Rev. Homer Rojas officiating. There will be refreshments afterwards. Burial will take place at Clay County Memorial Gardens WV on January 30th at 1 pm.
