Horace A. "Holly" Ward, 81, of Norwalk, Ohio, passed away peacefully on October 12, 2023, at Fisher-Titus Medical Center.  He was born on December 21, 1941, in Norwalk, Ohio, to the late Lloyd R. and Lucille (Hippler) Ward.  Holly was a 1960 graduate of Norwalk High School.

He enjoyed movies, fishing, trivia, mini golf, and football, especially the Cleveland Browns and Ohio State.  Holly served his country during Vietnam as part of the United States Army and was a member of the Norwalk American Legion.  He was talented at refinishing cabinets and furniture and had worked for the Shelby Novelty Company, R.F. McCrillis, and Suhr Kitchens.

Survivors include his sisters, Patricia (William) Mank and Roselyn Eckenrod; brothers, Richard (Paulette) Ward and William Ward; and sister in-law, Marlene Ward.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Robert Ward, and brother in-law, John Eckenrod.
