Howard Simon

August 6, 1951 – November 19, 2021

Howard Simon, 70, residing in Norwalk, OH, passed away Friday evening, November 19, 2021 at University Hospital in Cleveland. Walker-Eastman-Heydinger Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Howard retired in 2001 after 35 years of service on the railroad. He enjoyed golfing, traveling, gambling, classic cars and spending time with his friends. Howard loved dogs and his special joy was his 4 yorkies; Snickerdoodle, Chewbacca, Brutus and Sophie.

Howard is survived by his wife, Margie (Stierhoff) Simon and his children, grandchildren, and great-granddaughter.

Howard was preceded in death by his mother, Florence (Yontz) Simon.

In lieu of traditional memorial contributions, those wishing to honor Howard should make someone laugh with a good story or joke.
