Olena, Ohio - Hubert Leroy Manahan, 81, of Olena, Ohio, passed away Saturday evening, March 17, 2018, in the Stein Hospice Inpatient Unit, Sandusky, Ohio. He was born July 31, 1936 in Olena, Ohio, to the late William H. and Ellen G. (Searl) Manahan, and was a lifelong area resident. Leroy was a veteran of the U.S. Army, and was a retired truck driver. He was a member of the Beagle Club, and was a trustee of the Olena Community Club for many years. Leroy is survived by his wife of 52 years, Lois M. (Hite) Manahan of Olena, Ohio, and by his son, Charles Hite of Olena, Ohio. He was preceded in death by his sister, Bea Kooken. There will be no calling hours or service.
