Hunter Charles Tetrick, 6 days old, died Thursday, August 11, 2011 at Toledo Children's Hospital. Hunter was born on August 5, 2011 at Fisher-Titus Medical Center in Norwalk. Hunter is survived by his parents, Charles and Stephanie Tetrick of New London; a brother, Matthew David Johnson; maternal grandparents, Sandra and John Olecki of Elyria; maternal grandfather, Arvel Johnson of Shelby; paternal grandparents, Maryjo Gaydos-Gorsuch and Hank Gorsuch of New London; maternal great grandparents, Richard and Della Sutter of North Fairfield and Denver and Velva Johnson of Shiloh; paternal great grandmother, Helen Gaydos of New London and paternal great grandfather, Charles Tetrick of West Virginia. A graveside service will be held at 5 p.m. on Monday, August 15 at the Clarksfield Methodist Cemetery, Zenobia Road, Clarksfield Township with Calvin Robinson officiating.
