Jack Bolton, beloved husband and father, passed away Thursday, July 24, 2008 at his residence in Litchfield, after a short illness, at the age of 54. Jack was born January 13, 1954, in Cleveland, where he had resided until moving to Litchfield in 1988. Jack graduated from West Tech High School, Cleveland with the class of 1972. He worked for Ford Motor Company in Machine Repair, where he retired in July 2006. Jack enjoyed restoring classic automobiles and traveling to car shows. Jack is survived by his wife of 35 years, Judy (Stark) Bolton; children, Steve Bolton of Brunswick, Vicki and Dan Mennell of Litchfield, Travis Bolton of Litchfield, Marissa Bolton and Kenny Wolf both of Medina; 2 grandchildren; his mother, Flossie (Whitaker) Bolton of Grafton; brother, Eddy Bolton, sisters, Debbie and Rick Burt, and Janet Bolton all of Grafton. He was preceded in death by his father, Jack Fay Bolton. Friends and family will be received on Monday, July 28, 2008 at the Norton-Eastman Funeral Home, 370 S. Main St., Wellington from 12 p.m. until the time of the 2:00 p.m. funeral service with Rev. Lea Mahan officiating and burial will follow at Penfield Cemetery.
