Jacob S. Becker, 36, of Mansfield, passed away late Sunday evening, June 25, 2017 at OhioHealth Mansfield Hospital after a lengthy illness. He was born December 6, 1980 in Lansing, Michigan. Jacob was a former Greenwich resident and lived most of his life in Mansfield. He graduated from Mansfield Christian in 1999. Jacob worked at Broken Records Recording Studio in Mansfield as a recording engineer. He was a member of the Mosaic Church and the Raggamuffin family. Jacob was an avid Michigan fan. Jacob will be sadly missed by his daughter that was the joy of his life, Kadelyn Becker his "Punk rawk Princess"; parents, Joe and Pat Becker; brother, Jon Becker and sister, Sarah (Shaun) Kisor. "Jake" was preceded into the presence of the Lord Jesus by his grandparents - Ralph and Sarah Gunner of Greenwich. A memorial service in honor of Jacob will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, July 1, 2017 at the Mosaic Church, 296 Park Avenue West, Mansfield with Tony Pingetori and David Schultz officiating. In lieu of flowers, contributions to benefit his daughter Kadelyn may be made to the Becker family.
