James A. Fox, 64, of Norwalk, passed away peacefully on March 4, 2020 at Fisher Titus Medical Center.  He was born on July 13, 1955 in Willard to the late Kenneth and Dorothy (Coleman) Fox.

Jim was an avid sports fan who enjoyed gardening, fishing and being with, and supporting, his loving family.  He was artistic, creative and giving.   Many of his family and friends will cherish the paintings, musical mixtapes and special gifts he gave them.

Jim worked all of his life in the plastics industry.  He had many titles but was primarily a polymer chemist most recently working for PolyOne, where he began in 1990 and planned on retiring from in the future.

Survivors include his loving wife of over 40 years, Pamela (Fink) Fox; children, Brooke (Tim) Clark, Tyler Fox and Adam (Kaori) Fox; grandchildren, Cole, Donovan, Troy and Janelle; great grandchildren, Elias, Jackson, Sienna; siblings, Priscilla "Perk" (John) Morrow, Linda (Marvin) Stuart, Laura Coffman, Diana Coover, Dan Fox and Chuck (Diane) Fox; sisters in-law, Valerie (George) Chill and Karen (Robert) Neapolitan.  Jim is also survived by his aunts and uncles and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his brother, Roger Fox.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, March 11, 2020 from 2 – 4 P.M. and also 6 – 8 P.M. at Walker-Eastman-Heydinger Funeral Home, 98 W. Main St., Norwalk where services will be held on Thursday, March 12, 2020 beginning at 11 A.M. with Pastor Tara Henderson officiating.  Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery.  Memorial contributions if desired may be made to Norwalk First Baptist Church, 67 E.
