James Allen Hartley, 51, of Wellington, Ohio passed away on September 7, 2025 after a long illness.

James is survived by his wife of 32 years, Olivia (Wright); his 3 children, Elaina (Jeffrey), Ariac, and James Rayden; mother, Sandra Peebles (Pat); father, Thomas B. Hartley; brother, Thomas W. Hartley (Mary); sister, Tina Green; in-laws, Charles and Gayle Wright, and several niblings and great niblings.

James was the most honest, loyal and protective man you could ever meet. He always went out of his way for those he loved. He will be greatly missed. Be at peace, James. You fought a long hard battle and you have earned your rest. We will always miss and love you!

As per James's wishes, there will be no service or funeral. Instead, he just wanted everyone to remember him in their own personal way.
