Obituary

James "Jimmy" J Cline, 23, of Nova, passed away August 21, 2022, due to injuries sustained in a traffic accident.  He was born on July 16, 1999, in Ashland, the son of Robert and Sandra (Hamilton) Cline. Jimmy was a 2018 graduate of Mapleton High School and a member of the Building Laborers Union Local 310 since graduation. He was one of the hardest working young men you could ever meet, and he was always willing to lend a hand even after a long day's work. As hard as he worked, Jimmy played harder, and lived life to the fullest every day. Whether he was hunting or fishing with his mom, dad and friends, running his dogs, snowmobiling, motorcycle riding, camping, helping or just hanging out with friends, he was living and loving every minute. He had a smile and a laugh that was infectious, and a hug that made sure you knew he loved you. He made a lasting impression on all who knew him. His dear Momma was the love of his life and him hers. Surviving are his heartbroken parents, Robert and Sandra Cline, Grandmothers, Roxie Hamilton and Dixie Cline, Aunts and Uncles, Diana (Rod) Feller, Becky (Kevin) Drotleff, Danail (Jesse) Howell, Beth (Mark) Pritt, Randy Cline (Sandy Lomax) and many great aunts and uncles, cousins, friends and friends that were bonus family that are shattered by his absence. Jimmy was preceded in death by his Grandfathers, Danny Hamilton and Bud Cline, an infant cousin, Kylie Dawson. Friends will be received on Thursday, August 25, from 6-8 p.m. at Eastman Funeral Home, 200 West Main Street, New London, where his Funeral Service will be held on Friday, August 26, at 11:00 a.m., burial will follow at Nova Cemetery.

At the conclusion of the graveside committal, a celebration of life dinner will be held at Rohr's Lake Pavilion, 1100 Township Road 346, Nova.  Online condolences and fond memories may be shared at www.eastmanfuneralhome.com.
