James R. "Jim" Jennings, 73, of Norwalk, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly on August 24, 2024, at the University of Toledo Medical Center.  He was born on February 12, 1951, in Port Clinton, Ohio, to the late Clifford and Helen (Heiser) Jennings.  Jim graduated from Port Clinton High School and attended Ohio University.
