Jean (Gramby) Eileen (nee Caylor) Sudnick of Penfield, Ohio passed away Tuesday, January 10, 2023. She was born March 23, 1941 in Los Cruces, New Mexico to the late Ada Caylor and Robert Caylor.

Jean enjoyed her childhood in El Paso, Texas with her siblings Lucy, Robert (dec'd), Genevieve and David. She graduated from Loretto Academy in 1959. Growing up, Jean enjoyed the rodeo and her horse Poncho, her boxer Quincy, and swimming (having been scouted for Olympic trials). Jean married Dennis J. Sudnick at St. Patrick's Cathedral on September 3, 1960 in El Paso, Texas then settled in Ohio. They were blessed with six children Brian, Tina Lipert (Stanley), Jenifer Warren (Jack), Scott (Libby), Becki and Tessa Bolton (Bill), followed by 18 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren with one on the way. Gramby loved all her family tremendously and had a special connection with the babies. She was an avid crafter and jewelry maker, creating cards and crafts for the whole family and making every holiday special. She enjoyed trips to Canada, bowling, working puzzles, and playing games, especially bridge and cribbage.

Her kind and generous spirit will be greatly missed.

Calling hours will take place at Norton-Eastman Funeral Home at 370 S. Main Street, Wellington, Ohio 44090 on Thursday, January 19, 2023 from 4:00 to 7:00 PM. A celebration of life will be Friday, January 20 beginning with mass at 11:00 AM at Saint Patrick's Church at 512 N. Main Street, Wellington, and a celebration gathering at EMSNET 40905 State Route 18, Penfield, Ohio 44090.
