Jean Rose Seman, 93, of Wellington, passed away peacefully at her home on June 16, 2026.
Born on September 8, 1932, in West Pittston, Pennsylvania, Jean was the daughter of the late Nicholas and Rose (Arcaro) Condosta.
In 1954, Jean married the love of her life, Thomas J. Seman. Together, they shared 55 wonderful years of marriage and built a loving family. Jean worked for many years as an aide at Murray Ridge School and was a devoted member of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Wellington.
Jean found great joy in quilting, crocheting, and creating a variety of handmade crafts. Above all, she treasured time spent with her family, who were the center of her life.
She is survived by her sons, Thomas (Theresa) Seman Jr. and Scott (Lynn) Seman; and her grandchildren, Bryan Seman, Nicole Jones, Annie Pycraft, Kimberly Tiller, Stephanie Chaves, and William Seman.
In addition to her parents, Jean was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Thomas J. Seman; and her siblings, Frances Corrodoni, Mary Gentile, Susan Mordent, Lena Stocker, James Condosta, Nicholas Condosta, and Theresa Butch.
A Memorial Mass will be held on Thursday, June 25, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, 512 N. Main Street, Wellington, Ohio. Private interment will take place at Penfield Cemetery.
