Jean L. Gregory, 74, of New London, passed away surrounded by her family on Friday, August 30, 2019 at her home.     She was born May 24, 1945 in Elyria, Ohio, daughter of the late Lloyd and Evelyn (Stroup) Thompson.     Jean was a 1963 graduate of Keystone High School.   She had lived in LaGrange and for the past 19 years in New London.    Jean had worked at Friendly's Restaurant in Amherst for several years then at the Gas Depot for 15 years in New London.        She enjoyed coloring.  Jean loved her family, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She is survived by her sons, Rick (Barb) Gregory of New London, Brian (Robbin) Gregory of Nova and Rodney (Shelly) Gregory of Oberlin;  9 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren.    She was preceded in death by her brother, Roger Thompson, her grandson, Brian "Bub" Gregory and her Daughter in law, Chris Gregory.

Friends may call from 6 – 8 p.m. Wednesday, September 4, 2019 at the Eastman Funeral Home, 200 West Main St., New London where funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday with Pastor Larry Nocella officiating.   Burial will follow at the Nova Cemetery.  Online condolences may be made at:  www.eastmanfuneralhome.com
