Jerritt L. Tackett (45) of Willard died Friday, March 4, 2022, at his parent's residence.  He was born September 2, 1976, in McDowell, KY to Johnny and Anna (Adkins) Tackett of Willard.  Jerritt was an all-around handy man and very much a jokester.  He enjoyed playing pool, never listened to a song completely and truly enjoyed being around his family especially his grandchildren.

Jerritt is survived by his daughter, Harley (Joseph) Stumbo of Plymouth; son, Brandon Dye of Hialeah, Fl; 2 grandchildren, Wren Annie and Eliza Jane Stumbo; significant other, Dorothy Carver of Willard and stepdaughter, Haley Vanderpool of Willard; 7 siblings,  Shavonne (Rodney) Robinson of Willard, Johnny (Jenny) Tackett of Willard, Connie Slone of Willard, Jason (Wendy) Tackett of Cloverdale, Joshua (Crystal) Tackett of Havana, Jess (Dawn) Tackett of Willard, and Jeff "Alfie" (Ashley Bevins) Tackett of Willard and several nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents; sister, Sylvia Marie Tackett and a niece.

Visitation will be held from 1-8 pm, Monday, March 7, 2022, and Tuesday, March 8, 2022, form 11:00 am until the time of the service at 1:00 pm at the Willard Church of God, 4551 Willard West Road, Willard with Pastor Gregory Griffith officiating.  Burial will take place at Greenwood Cemetery, Willard.  The staff of the Eastman Funeral Home, 49 W.
