Jerry Hale, 62, of Shelby, passed away on Sunday, March 4, 2018 at his home. He was born on June 21, 1955 in Willard, son of the later Glenn and Edna (Shepherd) Hale. Jerry graduated from South Central High School. Jerry is survived by his son, Jeremy Hale; granddaughter, Phoenix Hale; siblings, Glenna Hale, Julia Hale, Darrell Hale, John Hale and Vickie Hale and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Jerry was preceded in death by his siblings, Cassie Mullins, Ralph Hale, Kerry Hale, Jacqueline Hale, Archer Hale and Nelson Hale. A visitation will be held on Friday, March 9, 2017 from 6-8 pm at Eastman Funeral Home, 49 West Main Street, Greenwich. A burial will be held at a later date at Maple Grove Cemetery in New Haven. If desired, memorial contributions can be given to the donor's favorite charity.
